Lindiwe is the boom !!! I’m really impressed with her professionalism and customer service. She exceeded my expectations. She really pays attention to detail and is patient, I almost tried all the frames in the shop but she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect frames. Happy with my selection, vision works carries a variety of premium brands at a reasonable price therefore I’ll always choose the brand. The team were absolutely fantastic. Had the most pleasant experience with Vision Works Mall of the South. After a terrible experience with a previous company. I was anxious to approach someone new. They worked quickly and efficiently and were upfront and transparent about any questions and concerns I had. I ordered 3 pairs of glasses and they are all perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout They have a HUGE range of frames to choose from, including amazing international brands and many local budget friendly options too In total it was 1 week from first visit to finished products. Pretty good service, nice variety of frames if you have a regular size face. Unfortunately my face is rather broad, so I didn't have a huge selection to choose from, but this is a problem I am faced with everywhere I go. The glasses are good quality and very durable. I dropped them a few times and they didn't break. My brother bought some glasses for my niece from Specsavers in the same mall and had endless issues with them, he has now also switched to Vision Works. ~ Ashley K
